Returns & Exchanges
Change of Mind Returns
At Bathroom Space, your satisfaction with your purchase is our priority. However, if for any reason you have changed your mind, we're happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery or pickup.
Returns Procedure
- Initiate the return process by contacting us at help@bathroomspace.com.au. Be sure to include your order reference and details of the products you wish to return.
- Arrange the return of your product/s, at your expense, to Unit C / 5 - 15 Lapis Street, Underwood QLD 4119 within 30 days of delivery or pickup.
- Upon receiving the return, we'll inspect it for quality and process your refund or exchange if the item is in its original packaging and condition.
- If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed within 7 days to your original payment method only.
Terms
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. Delivery costs cannot be refunded.
- The following products are excluded from returns, with no exceptions:
- Made to Order (Australian made) Vanities
- Tops with drilling/cutting
- Shower Screen Glass
- Special Order items
- Floor Wastes
- Clearance items - A refund or exchange will not be provided if the goods are no longer in a saleable condition or not packed in the original undamaged packaging.
- Customers are responsible for arranging and tracking return delivery at their expense. This includes any transit insurance.
Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 5 business days of payment. However the following products can only be cancelled within 24 hours:
- Made to Order (Australian made) Vanities
- Tops with drilling/cutting
- Special Order items -
The following products cannot be cancelled:
- Clearance items
Damaged or Missing Products
If a product arrives damaged or something is missing, please contact us urgently at help@bathroomspace.com.au to arrange a replacement. Note, you must:
- Notify Bathroom Space of a shortage or damage within two (2) days. Claims made after two (2) days will not be accepted.
- Bathroom Space cannot be held responsible for any loss caused by delays to your contractors. All goods should be received and thoroughly checked by the customer before scheduling any trades. We might not be able to replace goods last minute should we not have stock available at the time. The usual lead times & charges will generally apply, but we will always do our best to solve asap.
Faulty Products / Warranty
All goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
While the goods are in your possession, they are your responsibility. Please ensure all goods are free from damage or defects prior to any installation.
- Bathroom Space will not accept returns for installed (or attempted installation) items.
- Bathroom Space will not accept returns for faults due to improper installation. All products must be installed by the relevant licensed tradespersons in accordance with Australian Standards and Building Codes.
- If the claim is accepted, we'll arrange a replacement as soon as possible. Please refer to the individual manufacturer's warranty terms for further details.
